Seattle artist, Jennifer Carrasco http://www.carrascostudio.com/ has done it again! She’s been commissioned to paint another mural that will adorn the home of a client living in Los Angeles, CA. Jennifer’s last mural which took nearly a year to complete was installed in a home on Vashon Island, WA. We’ll be photographing the 7 1/2 – 7’x 4′ panels in studio to render digital copies of the entire project. Nice work Jen!
A product/lifestyle photography client of mine, Carry Gear Solutions, manufactures bags made from recycled plastic water bottles for Lego. They were pleased to tell me that one of the images from our most recent photo shoot appeared in USA Today.
We also had fun producing two photo-animated videos for Lego Bags illustrating the method by which plastic water bottles are transformed into backpacks.

Good times and great photos from Tempress Technologies where I was hired to shoot industrial stills of employee candids, various machinery and portraits for elevated marketing collateral. Tempress Technologies maintains, repairs and rents drilling equipment for oil wells nation wide.
Being a sole proprietor is lots of work and it’s hard to slow down sometimes, but it sure feels good when I do. A friend of mine that meditates a lot says the longer you can sit still the more you can get done in a day.

After six months, shooting the third and final installment of this full scale construction time-lapse video is complete. Here I am posing for a snapshot with Cherri Trusheim, the owner of Urban Animal veterinary clinic, in the back of the facility. The GoPro I used never stopped firing 1 capture every 60 seconds for nearly six months. Aside from electricity to the camera being shut off for a few days and several whacks to the camera that moved it’s position everything went well.
The evening of January 31st was spent shooting stills and video of a panel discussion on social media marketing hosted by Microsoft and Dell at WeWork’s Westlake Center offices in Seattle. Richard Brown, John Maynard and myself concluded our coverage of the event with several brief introductory videos of some of the panelists.
After months of shooting there’s just under two weeks left before Urban Animal opens its doors to the public.
